This position involves analyzing workforce data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for using data to drive business outcomes.Key Job ResponsabilitiesData Analysis & Insights – Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to workforce performance, engagement, and retention. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and KPIs. Provide actionable recommendations to HR leaders and business units based on data-driven insights.Strategic Support – Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement people analytics initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Support decision-making processes by providing data-backed insights on talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within HR operations.Data Management & Quality – Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems and platforms. Develop and maintain data governance policies to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with HR leaders, business managers, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions. Communicate complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences.Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in people analytics and workforce management.
