Job Description:
Murex system support specialist is responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of Murex 3.1 production systems. This involves working on various aspects of Murex implementation, configuration, and development in datamart, MXML pre-trade and post-trade workflows, RTBS, and MDCS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Analyse and make recommendations based on Murex implementation experience
• Follow client SDLC lifecycle and documentation requirements
• Support IT and business audits and technology risk assessments
• Develop and test database and infrastructure changes
• Perform technical reviews of production changes
• Write clear documentation of issues and resolution within confluence
• Maintain and enhance the Control-M scheduling tool for intraday and end of day batches
• Collaborate with business users across the bank to diagnose and resolve business critical issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience with Murex in a support capacity
Strong technical capability
Solid understanding of datamart
