Business Transformation Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive change and improvement across our organization.
* Experience as a Business Analyst in mobility projects and/or system integration.
* Strong knowledge of agile methods and management tools, including Jira and Azure Boards.
* Ability to create test cases and validate functional requirements.
* Advanced English language skills.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
* Eliciting and documenting business requirements.
* Mapping business processes and defining acceptance criteria.
* Taking on the QA role in the final phase to ensure delivery meets business needs.
Additional responsibilities include gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria, mapping the delivery and invoice processing flow, integrating entry points and output, documenting integrations, data formats, and business rules, defining metrics and success criteria for proof-of-concept, creating test cases and performing functional validation in the final phase, reporting defects and following up on corrections with the technical team.
