We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the deployment with a focus on RAN (Radio Access Network) technologies. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to field execution, delivery and acceptance, ensuring high performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Plan, execute, and control deployment projects, ensuring alignment with technical, commercial, sales, logistics and operational targets. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in the field, including subcontractors, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety procedures. Interface with customers, internal departments, and other vendors to ensure transparent communication and alignment across all stakeholders. Monitor project performance, proactively address risks, manage scope, and ensure accurate reporting of milestones and KPIs. Ensure compliance with applicable occupational safety regulations, brazilian tax procedures, telecom operator standards and customers procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies, teaching, mentoring and coaching the team. ✅ Requirements & Qualifications 8+ years of experience managing telecom infrastructure projects, with a focus on radio access network (RAN) deployments. Proven experience with Brazil’s major telecom operators (e.g., Vivo, Claro, TIM) is mandatory. Customer face-to-face exposure is a must. Solid knowledge of 3G-UMTS / 4G-LTE access network deployment. Knowledge of 5G-NR access network deployment is highly desirable. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and priorities. Proficiency in project management and productivity tools (e.g., Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Word). Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written) and with professional proficiency in English (mandatory). Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or similar. MBA in Project Management is highly desirable. PMP or equivalent certification is a strong asset. Familiarity with occupational safety and brazilian tax procedures is highly desirable. Experience with emerging mobile network local telecom players (e.g., Unifique, Brisanet) is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position based in São Paulo, with occasional travel to field sites and customers facilities.
