Global insurance and asset management company seeks a responsible, organized, dynamic and team-oriented person.
Main responsibilities
* Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more squads;
* Responsibility for project finances, budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis using Microsoft Project and Project Server;
* Release Management and SDLC Compliance: Manage the digital product lifecycle using ServiceNow;
* Coach and mentor the team on Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
Requirements and skills
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced, digital environment;
* Expert-level proficiency in MS Project and Project Server for financial management. You must be able to understand an allotment/budget, forecast it out, and speak to it in detail;
* Hands-on experience with IT Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow, for release and change management;
* Solid understanding of SDLC processes and the importance of process controls and documentation;
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
* Fluency in English is mandatory. The role requires daily communication with international teams and leaders;
* Proven international experience, working effectively with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders;
Preferred Qualifications:
* Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM II) or other Agile certifications;
* PMP or other project management certification is a plus;
* Experience in the technology or financial services industry.
