What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain project budgets and timelines to meet overall project objectives
Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews at all project phases
Assist in the selection and contracting of consultants and construction teams as necessary for each projectReview requisitions, change orders, and invoices related to the project; provide counsel to the management team
Supervise and manage the performance and development of Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators
What is Required (Qualifications):
B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related area
Minimum of 7 years of directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
Strong client focus with excellent communication proficiency (oral and written)
Demonstrated leadership and technical proficiency in project management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees within a project management context
Familiarity with government laws and regulations relevant to project management
Previous experience in a similar role within the commercial real estate industry
