Finance Specialist (Remote ) Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in France or eligible to work in France) Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Specialist to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of French accounting standards, financial analysis, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with French GAAP and local tax regulations Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support payroll processing and expense management Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Sales) Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3–7 years of experience in finance/accounting roles Strong knowledge of French accounting standards and tax laws Proficiency in financial software (e.G., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling) Fluent in French and English (mandatory) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications (e.G., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent in France like DCG/DSCG) Experience working in a remote or international environment Knowledge of IFRS standards Experience with ERP systems Key Skills: Financial Reporting Budgeting & Forecasting Compliance & Taxation Data Analysis <
