Job Description:
The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the development and evolution of ServiceNow as the IT ERP for the organization.
This individual will take a hands-on approach to architectural decisions, guide external partners in development and application management, and directly contribute to configuration, development, and administration of ServiceNow.
The role involves consulting and guiding on architectural and configuration decisions across various modules – including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, VR, custom apps, integrations, and more – ensuring ServiceNow meets the needs of a modern integrated IT landscape.
