This role sits within theOperations organizationand focuses primarily onclient implementation and solution delivery rather than software development. The Solutions Architect will serve as the primary technical lead for customer implementations, translating business requirements into platform configuration, coordinating delivery activities, and ensuring successful deployments.Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Leadend-to-end customer implementations, including discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support, ensuring successful delivery of the platform. Act as theprimary technical point of contact for customers, managing technical discussions, delivery expectations, escalations, and implementation risks. Translatebusiness and operational requirements into implementation plans, platform configurations, and technical documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to evaluatesystem integrations, operational requirements, and overall solution designfor successful implementation. Managemultiple implementation projects simultaneously, coordinating internal teams and ensuring project milestones and timelines are met. UtilizeSQL and system knowledgeto troubleshoot issues, validate data, and support operational analysis during and after implementations. Maintain clear documentation and delivery tracking using tools such asJira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar project management and ticketing systems. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders while working collaboratively across departments involved in the implementation lifecycle.Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of relevant experiencein solutions architecture, implementation consulting, technical delivery, or similar client-facing technical roles. Experience withsoftware release processes and SDLC. Familiarity withfreight rate, freight audit, or logistics technology platformsis highly desirable. Experience working with theAtlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)is preferred.
