Product Design Leadership Opportunity
We seek a seasoned Product Designer to spearhead end-to-end product design processes and deliver seamless user experiences in high-pressure startup environments.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on product innovator with a deep understanding of user-centered design for B2B software, a proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade digital products, and experience working closely with cross-functional teams in the cybersecurity and SaaS sectors.
* Develop comprehensive product design strategies, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions;
* Create intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Partner with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, user behavior patterns in B2B software, and best practices in product design;
* Lead and mentor junior designers within the team.
