Mid-Level Search Specialist
This role is focused on delivering high-impact searches for senior level positions in Technology and Financial Services. It involves a combination of research, pipeline development, and end-to-end recruiting to support key clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Candidate Research & Sourcing: Conduct in-depth research and market mapping using various tools, including LinkedIn and AI platforms, to identify top talent (60%).
* End to End Recruiting: Develop and manage candidate pipelines, conduct initial screenings to assess fit and motivation, prepare concise candidate summaries, and coordinate interviews and other hiring process steps for select mid-level searches (30%).
* Business Development Support: Research companies, markets, and potential clients, build prospect lists, and provide market intelligence to drive business growth (10%).
This role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike.
