Operational Excellence: Oversee all day-to-day operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, spa and wellness, and recreational facilities. Ensure optimal efficiency and resource utilization. Financial Management: Develop and manage the annual budget. Monitor performance against financial goals, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies that maximize profitability. Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and empower a high-performing leadership team and staff. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and career development. Sales & Marketing Partnership: Collaborate with commercial teams to drive occupancy, elevate brand visibility, and attract high-value clientele through creative sales and marketing strategies. Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards. Lead with accountability during crisis management and emergency situations. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with owners, investors, Homeowners Associations, local authorities, and community partners. Represent the resort at industry events and public forums. EXPERIÊNCIA: Experiência em liderança executiva em resorts ou hotéis de estilo de vida/luxo. FORMAÇÃO: Bacharelado em Gestão Hoteleira, Administração de Empresas ou área correlata.
