As a Media Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads to align with client goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
You will need to manage budgets efficiently, adjusting bids to maximize return on investment (ROI) and meet KPIs. Additionally, you will utilize campaign data to uncover trends and insights, optimizing for performance enhancement.
A key aspect of this role is staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and platform updates to refine campaign strategies continuously.
* Campaign Strategy and Oversight: Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads to ensure alignment with client goals and KPIs.
* Budget Management: Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
* Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize campaign data to uncover trends and insights, optimizing for performance enhancement.
* Creative Optimization: Create and test 30 creatives per week, 5 landing page variations per week, and consistently tweak ad copy to maximize conversion rate while adhering to brand positioning and guidelines.
* Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and platform updates to refine campaign strategies continuously.
Key Requirements:
* English speaker and excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
* Experience in Facebook marketing, direct response marketing, or lead generation is a must.
* 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
* Experience in copywriting is a plus.
