Supporting Central Operations, US Markets in General Administrative Tasks and Onboarding Growth
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver support to US Operations Cities on growth initiatives and process improvements.
* Automate ways of working for growth and portfolio changes.
* Prepare reports for leadership using data trends, patterns, and predictions.
* Standardize operations across markets to enhance timeliness and execution.
* Perform audits and manage data collection to update productivity and achievements.
Additional Key Responsibilities:
* Complete utility and telecommunication setups for new units.
* Cancel utility and telecommunication accounts for move-outs.
* Support scheduling of furnishing and onboarding tasks.
* Input data into systems related to properties.
* Track disposal and data related to move-outs.
Requirements:
* Degree from top-tier university.
* Min. 1-2 years of experience in similar role.
* Fluency in English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple assignments.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
