Customer Success Engineer
We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer who can leverage technical knowledge, client-facing experiences, and strong problem-solving skills to deliver great experiences to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide new users through onboarding, setup, and best practices for a seamless user experience.
* Document technical learnings, common patterns, and solutions derived from real customer interactions to enhance team efficiency.
* Transform lessons learned into clear, actionable knowledge for both internal teams and external users.
* Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and sample projects to support user growth.
* Provide technical support via various channels, helping users troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to debug production issues and prioritize fixes.
* Help users architect scalable and efficient deployments using our platform.
* Lead customer-facing technical sessions, demos, and Q&As to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a developer-facing or technical support role (Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, etc.).
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
* Experience working with open-source generative AI models to drive innovation.
* Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas.
* Proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLM ecosystems (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain) to drive business outcomes.
* Experience working with APIs, CLI tools, and deployment workflows to streamline processes.
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
