Knowledge on inorganic product line needed (ICP, ICPMS and AA)Perform corrective maintenance on analytical equipment, conducting operational and functional tests, detecting and resolving analytical issues.Carry out preventive maintenance according to the agreed schedule and following pre-established procedures by PerkinElmer.Assess installation requirements by inspecting electrical and gas networks, verifying the presence of a stabilizer, and performing measurements to ensure site conditions; proceed with equipment installation or recommend necessary actions.Qualify or validate equipment using appropriate instruments such as calibrators, specific solutions, and mixtures to replicate applications with known results, and issue a performance verification certificate or qualification report.Install and configure software related to the equipment or infrastructure.Notify the immediate manager in cases of technical service involving installation, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, or other activities that present issues preventing completion, related to system configuration, or if an event requiring communication to the competent health authority is identified.Train users in basic and advanced system operation, analytical applications, and simple maintenance such as replacing consumables and proper care for cleaning and preservation.Provide remote support (via phone or email), attempting to identify failures and instruct corrections, or schedule a technical visit for problem detection and resolution.Deliver training sessions to team members to share knowledge and experiences.Manage the inventory of parts under your responsibility.Basic QualificationsTechnical or higher education in Electronics, Electrical, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Chemistry or equivalent.Minimum of 7 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.At least 5 years of experience providing technical support for analytical equipment.Advanced English and basic Spanish are desirable.Be administratively organized, committed, and thoroughly analyze equipment failures to avoid unnecessary replacement of parts.
