Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles and PL/SQL development.
The successful candidate will establish positive relationships with clients, understand their business objectives, and provide technical support and guidance. They will participate in the evaluation of client requirements, convert them into detailed technical specifications, and present them internally and externally.
The role requires knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk, maintenance of client system environments, and release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams.
The candidate will also participate in simple project/development work plans, revise them as necessary, and execute tasks efficiently.
