We are seeking an experienced Learning Operations Coordinator to support our customer in Frankfurt. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering training programs and managing logistics.
Job Description
As a Learning Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, analyzing training needs, and ensuring seamless execution of training activities. You will work closely with the customer's learning delivery team and report to the Training Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze training needs provided by clients and determine the number of sessions required to train trainees according to courses and site availability.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as needed.
* Organize training sessions based on trainees' expectations and availability, ensuring proper execution.
* Collaborate with the Indian team for any changes or updates in training events or programs.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing if necessary.
* Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
* Provide Level 2 Learner Support.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* International work environment exposure.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented mindset.
* Team player.
* Clear and concise communication skills.
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized, with ability to prioritize tasks.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
* Cornerstone or LMS knowledge is an added advantage.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
