Eaton’s looking for a Project Manager to conduct Large projects.
This position is based in São Paulo and to work 4 days onsite and avaiability for 1 day as remote (Home Office).
**What you’ll do**:
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the scope, timing and quality set forth in Eaton's contractual obligations. To ensure and maximize the financial outcome of contracts and customer satisfaction.
This project will deal with international clients and work in the Electrical Panel segment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Focal point of contact between Customer and Eaton
- Guarantee Customer Satisfaction
- Recognize and express customer requirements
- Maintain Project safety and quality
- Delivery Project On Time
- Execute the project within the budgeted cost
- Approve all scope, financial, and schedule changes
- Set clear and realistic goals
- Periodically assess the project objectives are being achieved
- Act on the results: objectives x results
- Maintain good communication with project team members
- Manage scope changes, claims risks and opportunities
- Issuing and regularly distributing the Project follow-up report for the all levels of the company
- Check if the right person is assigned to a certain task
- Make decisions for the benefit of Eaton or for the purpose of maximizing Project outcome and Customer satisfaction
- Receive final acceptance from the Customer

**Qualifications**:
Education level required: Bachelors Degree in Engineer - Electrical engineer preferred
Years and area of experience required
- Relevant experience in Project Management, managing large size projects in an international environment.
- Managing multi-disciplinary teams with multiple interfaces.
- Experience with people management is desired
- Must know the electrical market
**Skills**:
Technical knowledge
- Planning knowledge
- Advanced Excel
- ERP (SAP preferred)
- Advanced English
- Intermediate Spanish is a plus
- Finance and legal (contract) concepts knowledge
- Quality and OPEX tools knowledge is a plus
- Power BI desired
