Description
- Role is responsible for the management and delivery of digital initiatives/projects in the area of HR for LATAM;
- Coordinating working group meetings, setting agenda and prepare material;
- Analyzing data, processes, organization and support activities;
- Coordinating, planning and overseeing the execution of testing;
- Build and maintain work relationships with different stakeholders;
- Provides continuous feedback on Project/activities status, offering constructive options to ensure project/activities tracks to expectations.
- Promote innovation as automation champion for the ED&SE in the region by promoting awareness and proficiency of firmwide Intelligent Automation tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, Pega, UiPath, etc.)
Qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of Project Management
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills and to be self-motivated;
- Good communication skills with fluency in English. Spanish and/or Portuguese are nice to have.
- Ability to execute tasks under compact deadlines and effective manage changes in the plan.
- Previous experience in system development life cycle with focus on Agile practices and testing methodology
- Knowledge in the automation/innovation tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, Pega, UiPath, etc.);
- Bachelor´s degree or equivalent qualification.
