We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our SAP technical cutover efforts. This exciting role requires a strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points, as well as excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate end-to-end SAP technical activities with project stakeholders to ensure successful go-live with localization and deployment of SAP S/4HANA in the cloud.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project life cycle, including technical landscape readiness and completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities.
* Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
