Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our delivery efforts for key customers across various technological tracks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
* The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of projects for key customers, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
* They will work closely with customer stakeholders, managing project scope, and documenting all necessary details.
* The Technical Program Manager will also be responsible for leading teams across technologies, working closely with PMO, and ensuring quality control procedures.
* Additionally, they will act as a delivery point of contact for customers, servicing/project review meetings, and adopting customer-specific processes and methodologies.

Requirements
