Role Description We are looking for a unique person who could be a personal assistant as well as personal trainer/nutrition coach (excellent American English Writing and Speaking ability with 3 years experience minimum either living in the US or Canada.
Also this person would be an experienced personal trainer who can help with motivation and design a exercise regimen. Must speak english fluently. Some nutritional education preferred.

Time doing such work for US/Canadian clients a huge plus.Manage complex and dynamic calendar scheduling, ensuring optimal time usage and minimizing conflicts.Arranging conference, planning, and setting up meetings.Draft, proofread, and manage executive-level communication—emails, reports, memos, and announcements.Coordinate domestic and international travel, handling logistics including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.Track key initiatives and project deadlines, following up on action items and deliverables.Support planning and execution of executive and company-wide meetings, offsites, and events—virtual and in-personHandle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of integrity and discretion.Demonstrate sound judgment, adaptability, and professionalism in every interaction—internally and externally.Interface with all departments to align communication, meetings, and strategic priorities with the CEO's vision.Build strong working relationships across the company, ensuring smooth information flow and problem-solving support. 4+ years of corporate work experience, ideally in tech, media, or a high-growth environment.Experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives, with a proven ability to manage complex schedules and priorities.Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and other modern collaboration tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners.Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable—you're the person who never drops the ball.High EQ, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
