Company: Super Feeds Mill Inc.JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Commercial Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the sales of our Super Feeds products and baby chicks, while providing the crucial technical after-sales support that our farmers rely on. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a solid agricultural background, capable of building strong relationships and ensuring our customers' success from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesSales, Strategy & Business Development:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets for both feed and baby chicks.Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the livestock and poultry sectors.Create new customer accounts and manage the onboarding process for new farmers.Conduct market analysis to identify trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly.Customer Relationship & Technical Support:Conduct regular aftersales follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Provide expert technical advice on livestock rearing, nutrition, and animal husbandry practices to optimize farmer productivity and animal health.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of farmers, from small-scale to large commercial operations.Logistics & Coordination:Take ownership of the customer delivery experience by coordinating the delivery of feed and baby chicks to farmers.Liaise with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Administration & Reporting:Maintain detailed records of sales, customer interactions, and prospects.Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.Report directly to Senior Management.REQUIREMENTSA strong agricultural background with practical knowledge of livestock rearing and agricultural practices is essential.Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within agriculture or a related sector.A valid driver's license is mandatory.Excellent Sales & Negotiation Skills: A true "hunter" with the ability to close deals and grow a territory.Deep Technical Knowledge: The ability to troubleshoot and advise on animal health, nutrition, and farm management.Superior Communication Skills: Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with the farming community.Strategic Mindset: Ability to create and implement a successful sales strategy.Organizational Skills: Strong coordination and logistics skills to manage customer deliveries.Remuneration & Practical DetailsCompensation Structure: A competitive base salary plus a generous commission structure, offering significant earning potential based on performance.Transportation: A personal vehicle is required for this role.
