The Role: The Marketing Program Manager oversees complex client accounts with multiple SOWs, work streams, and deliverables. This role goes beyond traditional project management - driving strategic coordination, budget alignment, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery across all client programs. What You’ll Do: - Manage multiple SOWs within large client accounts - Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget - Coordinate across Paid Media, Creative, Strategy, and Project Management teams - Serve as the main point of contact for complex accounts - Source and manage external partners when needed - Track budgets, risks, and overall program performance - Support and guide Project Managers as needed What We’re Looking For: - 5 years in Program, Account, or Project Management (marketing or agency experience preferred) - Proven success managing multi-layered client programs - Strong organizational and communication skills - Experience leading cross-functional teams and vendor relationships - Strategic thinker with attention to detail and delivery excellence Why us: - Unlimited Time Off & Sick Days - Flexible hours - Fully remote (with the possibility to work from anywhere) - High opportunity for growth!
