Process Improvement Specialist
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Process Improvement Specialist.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Documentation and Knowledge Management: We are seeking a skilled professional to document and extract knowledge from various sources. This includes process documentation, interviews with team members, and observing workflows to extract tribal knowledge.
* Template Governance and Content Maintenance: The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the lifecycle and organization of our materials, including SVS templates, Go-to-Market assets, and Internal consulting templates. They will also audit and update templates on a regular basis to ensure consistency and version control.
* Training Curriculum Development and LMS Support: Our ideal candidate will convert existing training materials into structured LMS modules, build quizzes, assessments, practice exercises, and progress tracking workflows, and develop a comprehensive learning path for new consultants.
* Onboarding Coordination and Learning Path Compliance: This role involves building a structured onboarding flow for new consultants, ensuring they follow the correct learning path, complete required modules, and track consultant participation in learning paths.
Requirements:
