About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and hands-on Senior Talent Development Partner to support the establishment of our newly formed Talent Development function.
You will partner closely with leaders to understand their desired development outcomes, time constraints, and needs. Leveraging this knowledge, you will craft relevant, engaging learning content that drives measurable business results for our internal customers.
* Deeply collaborate with leaders to translate team development needs into compelling, practical learning experiences driving measurable growth.
* Design and develop engaging, multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate, tailoring for diverse styles through simple, high-impact solutions.
* Serve as the go-to operational owner for the LMS system, curating and maintaining a dynamic, streamlined training catalog.
* Embody an agile, customer-obsessed mindset, rapidly producing high-quality, iterative content elevated by feedback and data.
