Delivery Lead
We're seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end execution of complex initiatives in an agile engineering environment.
This role sits at the center of business, product, and engineering, driving clarity, ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
* Own delivery planning, including scope definition, timeline creation, dependency management, risk mitigation, and resource coordination
* Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking using Jira
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve
* Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
* Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
* Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
* Track and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
