As a Senior Tech Lead, you will drive technical excellence in Java & Spring Boot projects, lead development teams, make architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery while promoting a culture of innovation.
What You Will Do
* Lead the architecture and technical direction of enterprise Java & Spring Boot applications.
* Mentor and guide development teams, encouraging professional growth.
* Implement best practices and development standards.
* Oversee system design and technical decision-making.

* Ensure quality, security, and scalability across projects.
What We Are Looking For
* 7+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
* Proficiency in Agile methodologies for project delivery and team collaboration.
* Deep understanding of Design Patterns.
* Strong IT infrastructure knowledge.
* Experience in application security best practices.
* Proven success in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
* Expertise in back-end development and microservices architecture.
* Skills in code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
* Ability to understand client requirements and assess technology trade-offs.
* Experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, communicating technical concepts effectively.
* Leadership skills in team management, task delegation, risk management, and project planning.
* Advanced English proficiency.
