Mainframe Operations Support SpecialistResponsibilities- Provide full technology stack planning, administration, and support for Client's Mainframe environment, including z/OS, Db2, CICS TS, MQ, and ISV software- Monitor system health, schedule jobs (Autosys), and manage batch execution processes- Manage disk and tape systems including virtual tape libraries- Assist in ensuring Service Now CMDB is refreshed and updated so that it can be utilized for mainframe capacity planning- Perform incident management, change implementation, and recovery procedures- Administer mainframe security via RACF and perform regular performance tuning- Provide operational and disaster recovery support for mainframe environments- Manage software lifecycle, ensure compliance (NERC/CIP/SOX), and support application- and system-level tasks- Manages physical mainframe hardware, including vendor access- Execute diagnostics and support network configuration for mainframe componentTechnologies/Tools- IBM z/OS- IBM RACF- IBM CICS- IBM MQ- Db2- ServiceNowEducation and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred.- Preferably to have relevant industry certification required.- Experience with mainframe operations and related system processes- Familiarity with infrastructure service level agreements (SLAs)- Proficiency in proactive system health monitoring and performance tracking tools- Advanced/ Fluent English
