Sr. Internal Talent Advisor: A Key Role in Strategic Recruitment
This position plays a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy for clients, working remotely from Brazil.
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact between Google and RSR, ensuring high-quality recruitment services delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to drive effective client engagement.
* Leading the pod team performance and overseeing strategic recruitment operations.
* Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in recruiting processes and presenting insights to leadership.
* Influencing teams towards achieving delivery goals and maintaining client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, with previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as native Portuguese language proficiency and fluency in English.
Talent Advisor will work closely with the Randstad team to ensure successful recruitment strategies and drive results for our clients.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Native Portuguese language proficiency and fluency in English.
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
