Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role located in Hayward, CA. The CFO will oversee the financial operations of the company, including managing financial planning, financial statements, and reporting. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance company growth and profitability. The CFO will collaborate with other executives, lead the finance team, and communicate financial performance to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Statements preparation
* Strong expertise in Finance and Financial Reporting
* Possess exceptional Analytical Skills
* Proven leadership and team management abilities
* Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA is preferred
* Experience in the moving or logistics industry is a plus
* Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative setting
