Sales Performance:
* Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals through effective negotiation and closing deals.
* Dedicated focus on client retention, renewal, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives drives long-term business success.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in a sales capacity, preferably in the software sector.
* Familiarity with complex sales cycles, RFPs, and public tenders is highly valued.
* A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and enterprise IT environments is essential.
* Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in English (oral and written) is required.
