Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with suppliers for payment documentation and procurement services, ensuring timely and efficient transaction processing.
* Manage fiscal documents, including invoices and tax compliance with SEFAZ, maintaining accurate financial records.
* Monitor and verify expenses via corporate cards, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Oversee accounts receivable, deposits and payment indications for grain contracts and other financial obligations.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Support audit processes, both internal and external, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
* Coordinate temporary staffing during peak seasons, optimizing productivity and efficiency.
* Draft and process grain purchase contracts, collecting signatures and necessary documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
* Basic Knowledge of People Management.
* Fundamental understanding of Fiscal and Accounting principles.
