IT Service Management Expert - Senior Developer
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT service management principles, with expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related ITOM modules. They will lead the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
* Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
* Lead the development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to improve data exchange and workflows.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet business needs.
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure knowledge sharing and growth.
* Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high-quality software.
* Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites to validate core ServiceNow functionalities.
* Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues efficiently.
Required Experience & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITOM.
* Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools like Git, and Agile principles.
