4. Collaborate with the PMO to ensure adherence to quality standards.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery matters.
6. Conduct Service/Project Review meetings with customers and management.
7. Implement customized processes tailored to customer requirements.
8. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
9. Maintain SLAs and avoid any penalties or service credits.
10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
11. Apply conflict resolution and negotiation techniques effectively.
12. Establish and track performance metrics to measure progress.
13. Recruit resources for various tracks as needed.
14. Ensure timely completion of SOWs and invoices.
