Business Analyst - Sales Enablement Manager Cinema
The Business Analyst/Sales Enablement Manager - Cinema plays a pivotal role in driving business-centric processes on a cinema project basis.
It acts as a business sparring partner, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs and collaborating closely with support functions to enable efficient execution—without overlapping responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Gather requirements and develop a roadmap
o Serve as the expert for business processes within the cinema division
o Collect, analyze, and prioritize requirements; be the single point of contact for support functions
o Develop a rollout strategy and align stakeholders
o Create and maintain an actionable roadmap aligned with business goals
* Identify and lead task forces
o Assemble teams of experts and stakeholders as needed
* Excel in project management
o Manage projects from concept to implementation
o Monitor progress, resolve challenges, and deliver on time
o Provide regular updates during meetings
* Manage dependencies
o Identify and address project dependencies across teams
o Collaborate to design project sequences
* Implement tools & systems
o Promote adoption of sales enablement tools and processes
o Train and support teams during implementation
Ideal candidate profile
* Experience in business analysis, processes, and project management
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in project tools
