About the Role
We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a large UX team supporting a leading US healthcare client. You will design engaging web and mobile experiences using human-centered design principles while working within a structured design system.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate business requirements into intuitive user-centered designs
* Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications
* Deliver high-quality UX/UI designs for web and mobile platforms
* Ensure consistent design patterns across products
* Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers
* Use research insights and usability data to improve experiences
* Support design initiatives for product enhancements
Requirements
* 7+ years of UX/UI design experience in digital product development
* Strong skills in Information Architecture, User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes
* Experience designing B2B and B2C web & mobile applications
* Proficiency in Figma and modern design collaboration tools
* Experience working with Design Systems and Agile/Scrum teams
* Knowledge of AI tools for design workflows
* Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines
* Strong English communication skills
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and design process
