Maintaining and expanding a strong presence in the Brazilian financial market is our top priority. We seek a talented Key Account Manager to spearhead this effort.
This role will start as part-time, with 16-24 hours of work per week, spread across 2-3 days. The focus will be on supporting our existing client and prospecting new ones. As business needs evolve, there may be opportunities for growth into a full-time position.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in account management within the financial technology sector. Previous experience working in Brazil is highly desirable, but not mandatory. Fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential, along with a deep understanding of Brazilian business culture.
We're looking for a proactive and solution-oriented individual who can effectively communicate between clients and internal teams. A proven track record of building lasting client relationships is crucial.
The primary objectives of this role include:
 * Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for our existing client in Brazil, ensuring exceptional service through regular communication and seamless coordination between their technical team and ours.
 * New Business Development: Engage with 20+ identified financial institutions in Brazil, aiming to onboard new clients over time.

Client Relationship Management
 * Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for the existing customer in Brazil, providing timely and effective support.
 * Regular Calls: Conduct regular calls with the client to facilitate open communication and address any concerns they may have.
 * Satisfaction Monitoring: Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues that may arise to ensure loyalty.
New Business Development
 * Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential clients in Brazil's banking and finance sector.
 * Strategic Sales Approach: Develop a strategic sales approach to introduce our offerings, highlighting competitive advantages and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
 * Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline by monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
Market Insight and Reporting
 * Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in Brazil.
 * Reporting: Provide regular reports to the global sales team on client activities and new business opportunities.
 * Insight Sharing: Share valuable insights from the Brazilian market to inform broader company strategy and drive business growth.
Work Arrangement: Initial setup as part-time (16–24 hours per week), focusing on client support and new business acquisition. Potential transition to full-time based on workload, client engagement, and success in new business development.
Qualifications:
 * Proven experience in account management within the financial technology sector.
 * Previous experience working in Brazil is highly desirable.
 * Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with a deep understanding of Brazilian business culture.
 * Ability to travel within Brazil for on-site client support.
 * Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and growth.
