At IG Networks (telecommunications), we work in a global, multicultural, remote-first environment. We’re looking for an TSC Intern based in Curitiba (Brazil) to join our Operations team and help deliver high-quality connectivity solutions.
Responsibilities
Technical Solutions: Support solution architects throughout different project stages, contributing to technical definitions and basic solution designs for clients.
Incident Management: Assist in triaging and tracking service failure tickets, ensuring organized and timely support.
Ticketing Operations: Support the opening, updating, and monitoring of technical tickets within internal systems.
Monitoring & Maintenance: Assist in system and alarm monitoring, as well as coordinating maintenance windows.
Provider Coordination: Support the engagement and follow-up of service providers and field technicians.
Project Documentation: Contribute to organizing records, maintaining technical documentation, and updating project information in internal systems.
Qualifications
High enthusiasm, dynamism, strong communication, and a positive team-player attitude.
Basic technical knowledge in networks and Cisco/Juniper technologies.
Intermediate to Advanced English to collaborate in a global setting (mandatory).
A pro-growth mindset, eager to learn and take the first steps in the tech industry.
Students in Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunications), Networking, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or similar.
