We are looking for a technical, customer facing professional with strong experience in Agentic AI to drive adoption and success of AI agent solutions across engineering teams and clients.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in Agentic AI (must have), including multi agent systems and agentic tools
* Strong technical background in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Architecture
* 2–4 years in Customer Success / Technical Account Management or similar roles
* Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps workflows, and AI/ML fundamentals
* Ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions for customers
* Advanced English Level.
Note:
This is not an ML Engineer role: we are specifically looking for AI Engineers with hands on Agentic AI experience.
What you’ll do:
* Enable customers and internal teams in designing, building, and optimizing AI agents and multi agent workflows
* Act as the main point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
* Guide teams through agent design, fine-tuning, and implementation
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Platform teams to improve solutions
* Support architecture discussions, demos, and training initiatives
