We are seeking a remote, full-time Principal Recruiter based in Latin America with 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and proven leadership capabilities. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters while owning end-to-end talent delivery strategy and execution across multiple roles.You will partner closely with Sourcing, Client Success, and leadership to deliver high-quality talent, improve recruiting performance, and scale talent operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines execution, strategy, and team development.ResponsibilitiesLead & Develop the Recruiting Team- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters- Set clear performance expectations and talent quality standards- Provide structured feedback, training, and mentorship- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture- Conduct regular 1:1s and support career growth of team membersOwn Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes from intake to offer- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and non-technical roles- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process- Partner with sourcing to ensure strong pipeline conversion- Oversee offer process and ensure smooth handoff to onboardingDrive Recruiting Strategy & Client Partnership- Lead role intake and align on requirements with stakeholders- Translate business needs into structured recruiting strategies- Partner with Client Success and Resource Managers to meet talent delivery goals- Anticipate challenges and adjust strategies proactively- Ensure alignment between client expectations and recruiting executionElevate Candidate Evaluation & Talent Quality- Define and refine candidate assessment frameworks- Implement and oversee technical testing and evaluation processes- Ensure consistent and objective candidate selection across roles- Maintain high standards for candidate quality and role fitDrive Operational Excellence- Improve recruiting workflows, processes, and documentation- Ensure consistency, speed, and quality across talent pipelines- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements- Manage referral programs and internal recruiting initiativesLeverage Data & Continuous Improvement- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.G., time to fill, conversion rates)- Use data to improve talent delivery outcomes and team performance- Identify trends and opportunities for optimization- Continuously improve recruiting strategies, tools, and practicesRequired Experience- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and at least 3+ in a leadership position- Experience leading or mentoring recruiters- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills- Experience managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously- Ability to translate business needs into effective talent strategies- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborativelyDesired Experience- Experience recruiting for technical roles- Experience working with North American clients or companies- Experience in agency, consulting, or nearshore/offshore recruiting environments- Exposure to recruiting analytics, reporting, or process optimization- Experience in growth-stage or startup environmentsAdditional Information- Knowing your ideas are heard and matter, think big!- You get to own your job and be recognized for your contributions- Work with smart and creative people- Making mistakes is human.
