Position OverviewThe Global Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in managing brand equity across all markets (both existing and new), defining clear and compelling points of difference versus competitors in line with the brand's positioning, and ensuring these are communicated effectively and consistently across all key marketing channels.This individual will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across all communication channels (including but not limited to ATL, social media, influencer partnerships, and PR).By personally leading a number of marketing initiatives, they will also facilitate smooth communication within the organization and help build strong relationships with key stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain global brand guidelines (including minor local adaptations if needed) and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent application across all channels.Support the development, management, and execution of brand campaigns to drive overall brand awareness and preference.Contribute to defining and implementing the brand strategy in line with marketing plans and overall business objectives.Assess the potential of new markets (geographies and products) and help define strategies for successful entry.Support the development of new marketing channels to drive customer acquisition and maximize the value of existing audiences.Manage all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, and other relevant platforms), including strategy, editorial planning, monitoring, and optimization recommendations.Oversee relationships with brand ambassadors or partners, recommending ways to leverage their profiles to enhance brand equity and managing related activities.Collaborate with external agencies to plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns and media strategies around key events.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for brand growth and recommending actionable plans.Prepare and present regular reporting summaries for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and next steps.Support legal and compliance activities for marketing campaigns, including contract reviews and coordination with legal teamsRequirementsCreative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.Gaming experience is a mustFluent in English, both spoken and written.Positive and professional attitude, ready to learn and willing to experiment.Pragmatic and results-oriented, with a focus on finding the most efficient and effective ways to work.Experience managing marketing projects and working as part of cross-functional teams.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and adaptable to changing situations.Good understanding of communication channels, particularly social media platforms (e.g., X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and influencer marketingProven ability to contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.The above duties provide a generic description of the Employee's day to day responsibilities but should in no way be deemed to be an exhaustive list.
