Clinical Training Specialist

The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for developing and deploying clinical training for customers, distributors, and field employees. This role involves overseeing every detail of training logistics to ensure smooth and successful training sessions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Clinical Training Director to implement rigorous high-quality standards in training
* Provide clinical training to existing and potential customers (digital and onsite)
* Coordinate all local clinical events
* Demonstrate use/benefits of Lumenis products to customers
* Ensure that all training programs meet required regulations and standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience or training in the medical device industry; preferably in aesthetics - an advantage
* Excellent presentation skills
* Must be willing to travel throughout LATAM region - around 70%
* Interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
* Results-driven and self-motivated
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Able to work independently
* Cooperate with others, teamwork
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese will be considered an advantage
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
