About the Role
This is a senior-level position that requires experience in product and UX design.
* You will define and lead the design experiences across three core products, including web and mobile platforms.
* Conduct research to plan and schedule projects, and execute them from start to finish.
* Lead usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
* Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and meet requirements.
* Develop a consistent design language and component library.
* Collaborate to establish an overall brand experience.
Key Qualifications
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product/UX Design.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong portfolio with examples of designing and shipping complex interfaces.
* Proficiency with Figma and ability to communicate effectively.
* Experience designing for similar users preferred (Nurses, Senior Care Professionals).
Work Arrangements
The team is distributed across North and South America. Work hours are flexible, but regular meetings are expected to be attended.
The team relies on Figma, Slack, Linear, and Notion for collaboration. This role is full-time, paid as a contractor.
Interview Process
