Key Account Growth Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Key Account Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for defining goals, managing and acquiring a client portfolio, and executing the expansion plan for the assigned market.
Responsibilities:
* Build strong business relationships with hotels in your portfolio.
* Optimize inventory, availability, and competitiveness of rates offered through the Reservations Center.
* Negotiate conditions to maximize conversion and ensure the highest competitiveness index for assigned hotels.
* Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with demand from our agency network.
* Advise on online marketing and direct sales strategies.
* Identify business opportunities in terms of new products, offers, or services, in coordination with the department head and Business Acceleration area.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
* Education in tourism or a related field.
* Customer orientation and negotiation skills.
* Advanced level of English language proficiency.
