**What you will do**:
Quality, VPS & Environment Manager
**Main responsibilities**:
Act as a strategic pillar for Powertrain & Circular operations, ensuring alignment with global objectives and fostering seamless integration with global teams:
- Lead the transformation of processes within Powertrain & Circular operations, managing complexity with agility and foresight.
- Own international standards, fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance both operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
- Be responsible for driving the long-term quality strategy, VPS (WCM), and Environment, ensuring effective management and alignment of global interfaces with local strategy.
- Oversee and ensure the implementation of quality standards and processes across Powertrain and Circular operations, maintaining alignment with global requirements.
- Provide oversight and guidance on escalated quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and long-term technical solutions.
Where possible, offer immediate technical solutions or containment actions.
- Serve as the key interface between internal teams (Engineering, Purchasing, etc.)
and external stakeholders (dealers, customers, suppliers), ensuring prompt communication and resolution of quality concerns.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends and resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Support teams by utilizing diagnostic tools and databases to drive quality improvements and customer satisfaction.
- Capitalize on lessons learned from past quality issues, sharing insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure operational performance by facilitating teamwork and communication within the team, while reporting progress and issues to management.
- Effectively organize and lead the team, ensuring external requests are prioritized and that the team fully understands the criticality of situations.
- Work closely with the resolution team and Engineering to develop technical solutions, adhering to defined timelines and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
**Your profile**:
- Solid technical background, with a university degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for effective collaboration with global teams.
Additional languages are a plus.
- Proven expertise in Quality Operations and Lean Manufacturing, with a strong track record in managing quality standards and processes in complex environments.
- Customer-oriented mindset, ensuring that all quality initiatives are aligned with customer expectations and market demands.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience with data analysis tools and diagnostic systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and lead teams in navigating multifaceted challenges, providing clear direction and fostering innovation.
- Strong commitment to delivering results and driving continuous improvement in all quality-related processes.
