**About the Role**:
We are looking for a strategic and business-driven leader to take on the role of Head of Logistics & Service Development.
This position is responsible for driving efficiency, innovation, and transformation across key areas such as Project Management, Business Office, Logistics Preparation, Service Growth and Digitalization & Innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
This role is responsible for developing and executing logistics and service strategies that drive business impact, with increased customer focus and aligned with the business areas strategies and customer needs, securing Service Market Logistics enablement of services full potential.
The Head of Logistics & Services Development will lead cross-functional efforts to drive performance, foster a culture of innovation where automation - both virtual and physical - plays an important role and be a role model of continuous improvement and lean practices.
Strong stakeholder management, ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions especially the development drive towards segmented service offers will be key to success, that can be applied among Service Market Logistics in South America.
Also this role is to be a clear and strong interface towards GTP (Purchasing/material Procurement), GTT (Product Development) and other GTO (Operations) divisions to secure the right level of preparedness for future projects, from a Quality as well as from a Sustainability perspective.
It requires a deep understanding of project management, continuous improvement, End-to-End way of working digitalization and data management, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with operational and corporate objectives.
Distribution center management and experience with logistic flows are seen as a plus.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Extensive experience in logistics and service development, business transformation, or operational excellence.
- Strong expertise in Project and Business Office Management, with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Lean principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies (VPS experience is a plus).
- Proven experience with Change management.
- Experience with digitalization and data-driven decision-making in logistics, supply chain operations and services.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive results in a complex and constant changing environment.
- English and Spanish proficiency.
