The HRBP for the Logistics team in Brazil leads HR initiatives and partners with business leaders to ensure the quality of the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing third-party contracts, monitoring metrics, addressing absenteeism, conducting interviews, talent discussions, engagement initiatives, and utilizing analytical skills to analyze trends and metrics. The role involves translating business objectives into HR actions to drive results.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Advanced English proficiency
Experience in people leadership
Experience as an HR Business Partner in Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related fields
Experience supporting customer groups with large-scale processes and operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in labor relations
Project management skills
