Responsibilities:
* Organize tasks on the Kanban board: ensure priorities are clear and understand what is stopping us from maintaining our task flow to hit our deployment goals.
* Communicate risks, issues, blockers, and quality concerns to the product manager and relevant team members.
* Review and write descriptions for tasks about new features, improvements, and bug fixes. Ensure problems are well explained and solutions are testable and aligned with product goals.
* Collaborate with the product manager to translate strategy into actionable tasks.
* Validate outcomes, not just output:
o Verify whether new features or fixes truly solved the original problem and improved targeted user or business metrics.
