Responsibilities:
Market Research Support: Assist in data collection regarding consumer habits and trends to support product operational insights. Campus Marketing Support: Support the execution of actions targeting university students, assisting with event logistics and brand communication within the academic environment. E-commerce & Creative Assistance: Support the creation of promotional campaigns by providing copywriting suggestions and creative ideas for the local market.
Operational Support: Assist in organizing project documentation and maintaining administrative workflows.
Requirements:
Education: Currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (in the 2nd or 3rd year). Cultural Savviness: Active on social media (Tik Tok, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.), with a strong familiarity with current trends among Brazilian youth. Language: Advanced English (daily use). Basic knowledge of Mandarin is a plus but not required. Communication & Support: Proactive with excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and potential to support event organization. Professional Profile: Initiative-driven, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable to working in a multicultural environment. Availability to work 100% on-site.
